| The 12th Rose Golf Outing |
The 12th Rose Golf Outing is being held to raise money for the annual $2,000.00 scholarship to honor Cindy Weaver (Dave's wife) who died of cancer in September of 2004. Here is the relevant information. Dave would appreciate any assistance in participation and/or sponsorship signs.
Date: June 5, 2006
Location: Twin Bridges Golf Course, Danville, IN Tee Time: 1:00 PM
Cost: $60.00 per player or $240.00 per foursome
Food: Box lunch provided
Prizes: Longest Drive, Closest to Pin, 50/50 raffle
Sponsorship signs can be purchased for $100.00 for a Tee/Green sign or $250.00 for a Corporate Sponsor. The Corporate Sponsor will have them name on a banner at the registration table, get a Tee/Green sign, and also have their name place on our website which is nation wide.
Anyone interested in playing in the outing need only send a check for $60.00 to Dave Weaver, 1176 Creekside Lane, Plainfield, IN 46168.
Checks should be payable to "Cindy Weaver Scholarship Fund". The same applies for checks for sponsorship signs. If possible, foursomes should send all checks to Dave at the same time and list the names of all players. Thanks for any help with this project. |
